5/10/08: Important News Announcement From Other Mothers Animal Rescue!
In February of this year, President Bush signed the Economic Stimulus Package for the American
People Act of 2008, which is intended to help keep the country out of recession.

As you know, the act is designed in part to extend rebates to U.S. taxpayers with adjusted gross
incomes under $75,000 and couples with adjusted gross incomes under $150,000.

While opinions are still mixed regarding whether the package will forestall a recession, it may present
some with an opportunity to make unanticipated spending choices.  Other Mothers Animal Rescue and
Rehabilitation, Inc. would like you to consider using some or all of your rebate to help save the animals.

For example, the expected single-person rebate of $600 could accomplish the following:

Support a mother cat and her litter of four kittens from birth through adoption
Save a pregnant dog from late-term abortion and provide vet care for her new puppies
Feed ten hungry orphan puppies for one month
Buy cat food, dogwood, bedding, and supplies
Allow us to say "yes!" to more animals in need
